WECRUMA (Wealth Creation Uganda Millers Association) is the apex body representing over 800 small and medium-scale grain millers and value chain actors across Uganda. Operating under the Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) — Directorate of Value Addition, we serve as the strategic vehicle for transforming Uganda's agricultural sector through commercialized production, post-harvest handling excellence, and agro-industrialization.
Our flagship vehicle, WEFASA Farmers’ SACCO, provides interest-free financing and technical oversight to large-scale and cooperative farmers, unlocking production on over 178,000 acres in the first year alone.

Establishment of a modern grain, feed and milling processing facility at the Jinja Industrial Park Free Zone in partnership with FAMSUN (China).
Large-scale multiplication and distribution of high-yield Yellow Maize, Chana beans and NARO varieties to 1.2 million smallholder farmers.
Tractor distribution to 800+ cooperatives and interest-free financing for large-scale farmers (min. 114.6 acres) under WEFASA SACCO.
Training and support for youth, women, widows and single mothers in modern farming, post-harvest handling and income-generating value chains.
